Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Pathan’ has been running at a stormy pace since its release. After five years with this movie, King Khan’s film earned Rs 57 crore on its first day of release. Of this, the Hindi version earned Rs 55 crore and the Tamil and Telugu versions earned Rs 2 crore. According to Hindustan Times, there are not many films in Bollywood that have earned such a record on the day of release.
The Times of India also reported that the KGF-2 was over taken by the Pathan film. KGF-2 grossed Rs 52 crore on its first day of release, while War had Rs 50 crore. Behind these two are Thugs of Hindustan Rs 48 crore and India Rs 41 crore.
Meanwhile, the Bollywood-based media has already said about the box office report that the film collected 100 crores worldwide on the first day.
